JONATHON GEE/ EXECUTIVE CHEF Chef Jonathon Gee was born and raised in the small farming community of Rosedale BC, where he started cooking with his grandma at the age of eight.
While attending Chilliwack Senior Secondary (CSS), he apprenticed under Chef George Reese.
After working around the Fraser Valley for a decade, in positions with such resorts as the Harrison Hot Springs Resort and Spa, Jonathon had the pleasure of working under, and among, many talented chefs, at which time he was rewarded with his first Executive Chefs position at the award-winning Pretty Estates Resort in Harrison Mills, BC.
He is passionate about preparing fresh and locally sourced ingredients for his family, friends and guests. Jonathon is currently working towards being a Certified Chef De Cuisine.
